Tea Blossoms is not responsible for delays in performing any commitments under these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, cataclysms, fire, internal/external strikes, terrorists acts, internal/external breakdowns or failure, and any incident not allowing orders to be processed appropriately. Tea Blossoms team will work hard to perform its obligations within a reasonable time frame.

Tea Blossoms will take ensure that our website is free from viruses or other dangerous content, however cannot guarantee that use of this website will not cause damage to your computer or other devices. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have installed proper equipment and software to use internet safely.
5. Online shop
When placing information onto our website, Tea Blossoms will take care that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed correctly and properly. While we have made efforts to show our products as accurately as possible, what you see will vary depending on your monitor and computer. Tea Blossoms may vary the prices at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full. Prices do not include shipping and handling costs. These costs will be shown at the end of the shopping process and depend on delivery address, delivery method, along with size of the order.

All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. Tea Blossoms will not be responsible for any damages or losses suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
